Product process
Our company supplying the largest collection of handicrafts hair clips used by the best ingredients. The interweaving work completed with a strict quality control in purpose to supply the highest quality!
Interweaving one single hair clip require both professional and trial. That is why any worker is specializing in very particular design.
The Interweaving work is made by women in the rural regions of south China and each woman work in her own village house.
It takes an hour to complete one single hair clip.
On one single day any worker can complete between 8 to 10 hair clips.
At the end of the working day, after collecting all hair clips from the workers houses, they are being transported to the main warehouse in the village for quality control.

At the main warehouse a strict quality control is been made: string elasticity and strength and knots work are all tested.
After the control quality's approval the clips transferred to the central cargo in Guangzhou (a big industrial city in the southern part of China), over there the clips are being packed and start their way over sea.
